The system
- The system is easily put together without use of heavy machines.
- You only need a maximum of 3 to 4 people to build a house.
- We use 1 construction, each part of the house has been attached to each other. That makes the house incredibly strong. The house is durable against considerable bumps (will not detach easily), and this system can also manage hard wind and storm.
- We can build with this system in areas with unequal altitudes, such as mountains.
- If is there damage, you can replace it easily.
The material
The partition and roof panels have been made of PUR, Polyurethane foam, pressed by steel plates with special stainless coating. The material is;
- Well isolated, thus protects against the warmth and heat.
- Virtually free of maintenance.
- Hygienical.
- Water-resistant.
- Durably against vermin.

It is also possible to use rooftile panels, these can be used very well as newly build real estate and modernisation. These roof panels are very firm and made of quality steel, so they fit easily on each roof construction. Also this System is simple and extremely stylish! Your roof is immediately resistant against the most harsh weather conditions and lasts a lifetime thanks to the careful coating. They are deliverable in several types and colour.

It is important to know that the material is of such light weight, that in case of damage or a collapse for whatever reason, there would be virtually no casualties. The houses are safe to live in.
The windows are made of double glass (single glass is also possible) for a good heat insulation. The window casings and doors have been made of aluminium, which means that they're also stainless and maintanance free.
The house will be attached to a concrete floor. The floor in the house can then be covered with tiles, laminate, parquet floor or plastic floor.
Quality
The houses are very high-quality. Under normal circumstances these houses can last as long as 30 years, as far as we know.
The roofs have been devised with a strong construction, so that a lot of weight from snow and abundant rainfall can be carried!
Flexibility
The flexibility of the system that FlexiHome offers is enormous. We can also build multiple levels (flats) or rows of houses with this system.
We can provide in several measures and numbers. A few examples of the possibilities to build:

- Meeting centres
- Libraries
If you want to place sleeping chambers, bathrooms, toilets or kitchens in them ....no problem! We can put partitions in there, so that several spaces can be created.
